Reviewing projects regularly throughout their lifespan will enable the identification of gaps between workforce skills expectancies and those found within current qualifications — making ongoing quality assurance essential when managing such issues thoughtfully through a systematic process likely requiring expert advice from three primary sources: external stakeholders; accredited experts; independent contractors etcetera.
